NOTE:
STUDENTS REFUND POLICY
1. As a general rule KIUST students are required to pay their fees two weeks prior to the commencement of the semester. Every semester students pay for the number of units they enrol for in that semester or pay their fees in installments. KIUST will refund all payments made by a student if: (i) The course/unit is cancelled, or (ii) Commencement of the course/unit is postponed for more than four weeks.
2. Students are not entitled to a refund after commencing the course/unit.
NOTE: When studying through a Learning Centre, the Learning Centre must provide lectures/tutorial support classes to students. You must not pay your tuition fees directly to representatives, agents or learning centres. If any money is paid directly to the Learning Centre by the student, the Learning Centre must therefore issue a receipt bearing the Learning Centre’s name. The student must immediately email or fax us a copy of the receipt they have received from the Learning Centre and also tell us the name and address of the Learning Centre. If a refund is required, the Learning Centre is the one responsible for the refund.
