KIUST Application Terms & Conditions

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO ENTRY

  1. As a general rule KIUST students are required to pay their fees two weeks prior to the commencement of the semester. Every semester students pay for the number of courses/units they enrol for in that semester or pay by monthly installments or pay on a yearly basis. KIUST will refund all payments made by a student if:
  2. Students are not entitled to a refund after commencing the course.
  3. Students must abide by all KIUST policies and regulations as specified on the website.
  4. In sending this application to KIUST, I declare that:

(i) I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions attached to entry and any other KIUST policies made to be part of this Agreement by reference, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which KIUST may establish from time to time. I agree that this agreement as well as any additional KIUST policies, together with all modifications by KIUST to this agreement thereto, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between me and KIUST

(ii) I agree with KIUST regulations and code of practice provided on the King's International University of Science and Technology website.

(iii) I have read the website and I am satisfied with KIUST accreditation/recognition status.

(iv) I agree with the strategic direction of KIUST stated on the website, which is in line with the educational priorities of UNESCO/UN DESD and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KUIST and UNESCO/UN DESD for activities performed by KIUST, UNESCO/UN DESD and/or their associates, subordinates, affiliates and employees.

(v) I agree that I shall indemnify and hold harmless UNESCO/UN DESD and KUIST and their associates, subordinates, affiliates and employees against any and all loss, damage, or liability (whether civil or criminal) suffered as a result of any of my own activities and/or decisions.
