This Bachelor of Business Administration and Management (BBAM) program is designed to prepare participants for a career in Administrative and Management positions. It is also suitable for people who are already working in Administrative and Management positions. The program will:
- Provide participants with a sound understanding of the role, scope, concepts and theories of Administration and Management.
- Provide academic knowledge and practical skills in Administration and Management, appropriate for participants who wish to advance to a supervisory or middle management role or who wish to assist professionals and upper management personnel in the business/private sector and in semi-government enterprise.
- Provide participants who are currently in Administrative and Management positions to be better equipped to perform the functions required of them more efficiently and effectively
- Provide a sound basis for participants seeking to go on to further studies
- Develop, maintain and improve employment related skills and offer students the opportunity to specialize in at least one of the following areas of Administration and Management:

- Human Resource Management
- Hospitality and Hotel Management
- Hospital Administration and Health Care Management
- Information Technology management
- Marketing Management

Program Structure: To be awarded the Bachelor of Business Administration and Management Degree, participants must complete the following 24 units that are divided into 6 stages: The completion of Stage 1 will lead to the award of a Certificate of Business Administration. The completion of Stages 1 and 2 will lead to the award of Diploma of Business Administration and Management The completion of Stages 1 – 3 will lead to the award of the Associate Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. The completion of Stages 1 – 6 will lead to the award of Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree. In addition to the 24 units, students who wish to graduate with an Honors qualification will also be required to study: BBAH 4010 Honors Research Methodology and Analysis; and BBH 4100 Honors Project in a chosen area of Specialization.

This program may be completed in 3 – 6 years depending on the number of courses taken per trimester. Each year is divided into 3 trimesters and each semester is 13 weeks duration. Students can commence study in the middle of January, May or September of every year.
